Information through paypal - our online ordering website uses Paypal for its transaction. Although you do not need a Paypal account for order online, paypal does collect billing and billing address information to complete transactions.

To Improve our Services: To monitor and analyze how users are interacting with our site and what we can add or remove to make the user experience better.
How Long We Store Information
We generally discard information used on our site such as IP addresses and contact information when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which we collect and use it. However, billing addresses and contact information given to paypal upon ordering are stored for the duration of the sports/school portraits job being online.
How We Secure Information
Because our website is hosted on Squarespace, it is automatically protected by SSL encryptions, Denial of Service protections and features like two-factor authentication (Squarespace). Any information stored outside of our website is only used by employees who need the information and are granted access to that information. Our servers and client information are stored and protected by our firewall.
